Gulu- Fall 2006- Land has been purchased and work has begun on the Sanctuary of Grace primary school and orphans village. Gulu has been devastated by a civil war, which has continued for 19 years. The primary participants in this conflict were children, abducted by the LRA (Lord’s Resistance Army), a rebel faction in Northern Uganda. Keith and Lisa Coggins, Global Outreach missionaries, are developing the Sanctuary of Grace village as an outreach ministry to the hurting children of Gulu.

Punta Gorda- Fall, 2006- Twenty-five acres of land was purchased in the Toledo District of Belize for the establishment of a rehabilitative center. This facility will offer services to people of indigenous ethnic groups. Education, therapy and special needs camps are on the agenda for this facility. A portion of the land will also be utilized for a conference center and pastoral training facility.

This is one of the facilities used to reach the youth with the Gospel of Christ. Individual discipleship, youth group meetings, music ministry and children's programs are other ministry areas they use to build and train our leaders of tomorrow.

Quito- Fall, 2006- More than 200 wheelchairs were distributed to impoverished special needs individuals in Quito, Ecuador. Hope Haven International in conjunction with Fundaco of Ecuador fitted individuals with these special chairs. Smiles were in abundance as people were given the gift of mobility. Each person also received a Bible and a clear presentation of the Gospel.
